Product Introduction: This product overcomes the shortcomings of traditional phenolic resin in the molding process. It can be molded at room temperature and pressure or under low pressure, and is compatible with all fiberglass molding processes. It features flame retardancy, low smoke emission, corrosion resistance, low toxicity, and high service temperature. It is widely used in air-conditioned train air ducts, subway air ducts, flame-retardant cable trays, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant fiberglass containers, pipes, anti-corrosion linings, and fiberglass gratings for offshore oil drilling platforms with high flame-retardant and anti-corrosion requirements. As China’s fire safety technology becomes increasingly standardized, the market for high-flame-retardant fiberglass has broad prospects and great potential. Performance Characteristics of Products: Compared with polyester fiberglass products, the new generation of NR9400 series phenolic resin fiberglass products (without any flame retardants added) have the following features:

Excellent flame retardancy: Products are not easy to ignite or sustain combustion (oxygen index > 80)
Very low smoke emission rate, improving the overall safety of the material (Dm < 10)
Low toxic fumes, reducing life-threatening risks
Good high-temperature performance: Long-term service temperature can reach 180°C (HDT > 200°C), expanding the application scope of fiberglass
Good acid and solvent resistance: Resistant to various acids and organic solvents, such as acetic acid, butyric acid, fatty acids, fluorosilicic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, methanol, ethanol, benzene, toluene, xylene, etc.
